April Little (Manager)
April has over 20 years experience in the foundation stage and is Level 3 Diploma qualified, grade A. April has specialised in the Senco (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator) Role and is the Group’s Behaviour Officer. April is familiar with working with outside agencies. April has worked closely with Specialist Teachers, Speech and Language Therapists, Physio Therapists, Educational Psychologists, Behaviourists and the Inclusion Officer. April is familiar with Team around the Child (TAC) and has hosted them at Roxwell Pre-school.
As well as being the Health & Safety and Fire Officer, April is qualified in First Aid qualified and has attained Level 3 Safeguarding.
April has worked at Roxwell Pre-school for 14 years as the Manager and is known for her Scottish dulcet tones and storytelling!
Sally Addington (Practitioner and Health & Safety Officer)
Sally has been involved for many, many years with Roxwell Pre-school and has run the Toddlers group on and off for over 7 years. She is level 2 qualified in Pre-school Practice, is First Aid trained and attained Level 2 safeguarding – and is known for her efficiency and eagle eye for health and safety issues!
Chantelle Barron (Practitioner and Two year olds Officer)
Chantelle is the newest member to our team and started with us in September 2023.
Chantelle lives in the village and her little boy has started Primary school.
Chantelle has worked at Bright Horizons and is a School Attendance Officer.
Chantelle is level 3 Diploma qualified, grade C.
Chantelle is level 2 Safeguarding qualified and is key person to several children.
